Processing time is up to 3 days.
Shipping is expected to be up to 10 days depending on courier company

Shipping fees are as stated at checkout. 

Shipping cost for orders over $50 is free.

There is an additional fee of $3.70- $7.20 for packages requiring signatures. This fee is subject to change to meet the need of the courier company.

All customers have 2 days after delivery date to inspect products condition and discrepancies. Should any item be defective upon arrival, please email Cleansed by day 2 of delivery date. Emails time stamped 3 days or more after delivery date are void and will not be investigated.

What to include in the Shipping discrepancy or damages email

To best serve you,  your email must contain ALL requested information: 

• Customers accurate contact information at time of purchase

  • First and Last name​

  • Shipping address and billing address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

• Tracking number

• Order confirmation (receipt)

• Method of payment at time of transaction. 

Lack of information will result in request denial.
